It's great to have questions prepared and ready before your session. Make sure you are in a quiet place with no distractions. Scott will NOT do sessions while you are driving for obvious safety and focus concerns. Scott will not perform sessions if you are under the influence of any drug or alcohol.
For Mediumship sessions: Do a short simple meditation prior to your session inviting spirit and intend for your openness.
How long should I wait to connect with a loved one that has crossed over? I always advise to wait 40 days after your loved ones have crossed to set up a session. A few factors being: You need an appropriate amount of grieving to be ready to hear and absorb messages from those that have crossed. Also, spirit may not be accessible after their transition period, and while in grief, that may make things worse for the sitter (you) if they don't come though. Mediumship is to make connection to spirit and to validate existence, not to make a person whole.
How should I prepare for a reading?
Most important thing is to not have expectations. Spirit only cares for the greater good in our lives. What we may find huge and detrimental to our lives, spirit may find necessary. Therefore, sometimes spirit will not respond with an expected answer. Being open is key.
Can I block myself?
Being closed or resistance, having poor intentions, hounding the same issue, and being a psychic vampire can block you off. No psychic can fix you, but you. True psychics read your vibrational grid and provide insight to your path. You are 100% in control of your destiny. True psychics provide insight with it.
