REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions: You will have a maximum of 10 minutes from the start time of your appointment to call, otherwise your appointment will be forfeited and no refund will be granted. If you need to cancel, reschedule, request a refund, or have any other inquiries, please contact no less than 24 hours prior to session. Sessions booked same day or less than 24 hours prior to session, will be taken into consideration. For sessions booked days in advance; you must cancel your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment's booking time for a full refund. Booking day cancellations would only allow for a reschedule,  not a refund.  There may be a $50  cancellation fee if there have been 2 cancellations in 12 months. 3 cancellations within a 12 month period would only allow for a reschedule, not a  refund.  Full refunds will be granted if cancellation is made the previous day or a number of days prior to booking date. 

In all circumstances,  refunds will not be granted if the session has been missed or completed in full for any reason. That would be at the sole discretion of Scott if he chooses other wise. In the very unlikely event that there is no connection within the first 10 minutes of the session, Scott will end session and issue a full refund. Scott is very pleased to announce; that has only occurred twice in over a decade.
